Job Title : Technology Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Project Contribution: Contribute to projects within a specified technology or domain and stay updated on relevant advancements.
- Impact Assessment: Evaluate the impact of new technologies on existing systems and processes, and assess the effectiveness of current technology resources.
- System Design: Collaborate in designing systems that meet customer requirements and optimize technology applications.
- Change Management: Analyze the impact of system changes and modifications to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Customer Requirements: Fully understand customer technical requirements, processes, limitations, and constraints to align solutions effectively.
- Technical Guidance: Work with project teams to identify and leverage necessary technical resources and capabilities to meet production and quality metrics.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain successful knowledge management practices, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of resource reuse.
- Team Leadership: Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance and productivity.
- Application Support: Provide production support as per the RACI matrix, ensuring clear accountability and communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology).
- Proven experience in project management within a technology-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of technology assessment, system design, and change management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Ability to mentor and guide technical teams through complex projects.
- Familiarity with knowledge management practices and tools.
