Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in various child care settings, including daycare, preschool, and early childhood education.
Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with Maine early learning guidelines the creative curriculum and children's interests.
- Provide individualized support to all children to enhance their learning and growth
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and playing.
- Utilize early intervention strategies to address student needs promptly
- Collaborate with colleagues and families to support each child's development.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a childcare setting required
- Familiarity with preschool or early childhood education methodologies
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Knowledge of child development a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
