Position Highlights:
- Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 (based on licensure and experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,500+
- Caseload: Manage small caseload of 4-6 residents, ensuring personalized, meaningful care

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Treat mental health disorders, create treatment plans, monitor progress, and maintain client confidentiality
- Participate in clinical meetings, therapy groups, and family reunification efforts

Required/Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in social work, clinical or educational psychology, psychiatry or other related field, with current Maine State License requires; fully licensed a plus.
- Experience working with adolescents in a treatment center milieu strongly preferred
- 3 years experience in direct service to children and adolescents, or comparable experience highly beneficial.
