O & A is currently seeking an experienced Senior Tax and Audit Managers to work with our individual and corporate clients. This position offers you the opportunity to use your leadership skills and creative thinking to support staff while maintaining your high standards of excellence on all tax and audit engagements. With your recent public accounting experience and your excellent technical knowledge, you will help lead, develop and mentor our staff to foster their individual professional growth within the firm. As a seasoned professional manager, you will manage a complex client base including: clients in the profit and non-profit sector; estates; trusts; limited partnerships and high-net worth individuals in the manufacturing, wholesale, retail sales, medical, and real estate industries. Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation
- Licensed CPA
- 5 – 10 years of public accounting experience working with business and individual clients
- Ability to supervise, review, train and develop staff accountants
- Effective interpersonal skills and work ethic
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Meet time constraints and deadlines
- Able to work additional hours as needed
