Title: Clinical Support Specialist CCT, 710 Main St., Lewiston Maine
What You’ll Do:
- Assists in the development, establishment, and evaluation of team documentation systems in conjunction with Supervisor to assure accuracy, timeliness and efficiency.
- Maintains up to date knowledge base on all insurance forms, chart forms, insurance paperwork requirements, and shares information with team routinely.
- Establishes priorities for team paperwork to be done on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Ensures review of all paperwork for completeness of forms on a regular basis.
- Develops and maintains accurate systems to ensure timely coordination of all multi-discipline documentation.
- Manages scheduling of clinical staff visits.
- Ensures appropriate assignment of referrals in consultation with supervisors.
- Assures service satisfaction though appropriate communication with staff and client.
- Data entry into Health Wyse and Practice EMRs as needed.
- Maintain Clinical Scheduling program.
- Implement and maintain Master schedule.
- Maintain daily/Holiday & Complete to do lists as assigned.
- Types minutes from Team Meetings.
- Portal Reporting tools
- Has basic Excel/Word skills
What You’ll Bring:
- High School diploma required.
- Graduation from a two-year business college with an Associate’s degree preferred.
- Medical terminology required or willingness to acquire it.
- Computer coursework or equivalent experience also required.
- Two or three years of broad office experience.
- One to two years of supervisory/office management experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry experience required.
- Experience dealing with the public in a fast paced multi-task environment required. Customer service skills also required.
- Electronic Medical Records experience a plus!
- Strong, demonstrated computer skills with comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
- Excellent customer services and public relation skills
- Ability to be a team player at all levels.
- Organizational skills.
