Position Overview: L.L.Bean is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Marketing Analytics Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer analytics, data-driven marketing strategies, and business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive corporate strategies, including merchandising, inventory planning, finance, eCommerce, retail, and more.
- Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and market trends.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to support the execution and analysis of marketing campaigns.
- Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data cleaning and validation tasks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, and IT, to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with data analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and familiarity with PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Passion for outdoor activities and alignment with L.L.Bean’s mission and values.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office systems preferred
