Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Team Associate to join our team. As a Sales Team Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our Antique store. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, antiques and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in antique sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Ability to operate a POS system
