Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in calendar management.
Duties
- Manage incoming calls,
- scheduling appointments .
- Assist with various office duties as needed, including supporting other team members with their administrative tasks.
- Hours are Monday-Friday 3:30-8 pm Saturdays 9am-1pm
Experience
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using general office software is essential.
- Familiarity with calendar management and basic office procedures is required.
