Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Cleaners to join our team at Casco Bay Cleaning. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our clients' spaces in the Bath and Brunswick areas. We have multiple shifts available:
- Early Morning Shift in Bath: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift in Bath: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Night Shift in Brunswick: 5:30 PM - 1:30 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored properly and replenished as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning assignments and any issues that arise.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to deliver high-quality service to clients.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or nights as specified above.
