Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Cannabis Cultivator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and experience in growing plants in various environments, including greenhouses and outdoor settings. This role involves hands-on cultivation of cannabis plants, ensuring optimal growth conditions, and maintaining the health of the plants throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate cannabis plants from seed to harvest, ensuring adherence to best practices in plant care.
- Manage greenhouse operations, including temperature control, humidity regulation, and light exposure.
- Perform regular inspections of plants for signs of pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
- Utilize hand tools for planting, pruning, and maintaining plant health.
- Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering and nutrient delivery.
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks as required for planting and harvesting operations.
- Maintain accurate records of plant growth stages, treatments applied, and environmental conditions.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize cultivation techniques and improve overall yield.
Experience
- Previous experience in growing or cultivating plants is preferred; familiarity with cannabis cultivation is a plus.
- Knowledge of greenhouse management practices and outdoor farming techniques is beneficial.
- Experience with landscape gardening or similar roles that involve outdoor work is advantageous.
- Ability to identify various plant species and understand their specific care requirements.
- Strong physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Proficiency in using hand tools effectively and safely in a gardening or farming context.

Pay: $22.00 - $34.20 per hour
