Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences. Agents may be asked to clean some units if necessary.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively.
Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls, reservations, and messages with excellent phone etiquette.
Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Uphold high standards of guest relations by providing personalized service to enhance the overall experience.

Experience

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
Familiarity with hospitality management software and phone systems is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest relations and customer service excellence.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
