What You’ll Do:

Manage complex and heavy calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating across multiple time zones.
Arrange and coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and logistics.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Support special projects and assist with key initiatives to help drive business priorities.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other materials.
Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively to keep operations running smoothly.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
