Job Summary:
Ocean House on the Farm is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Floating Lead Teacher to join our team. This unique role offers flexibility and variety—serving as a lead teacher in classrooms when the assigned lead is out, and as a supporting floating teacher when all leads are present. The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and eager to support children and staff across multiple age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

Step into a lead teacher role in classrooms when needed, ensuring continuity of care and learning.
Support daily routines, lesson plans, and classroom management across multiple classrooms.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain a safe, positive, and developmentally appropriate environment.
Build strong, caring relationships with children and families.
Assist with transitions, breaks, and coverage needs throughout the day.
