Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering duties.
Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities.
Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance product visibility and appeal.
Assist with stocking shelves and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members, demonstrating strong phone etiquette when handling inquiries.
Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers and team members.
Experience in merchandising and stocking is beneficial for maintaining store presentation standards.
