Work for a fleet team that services our Local Hannaford Grocery stores. First and second shift positions available!

Responsible for all major repairs which include engine, transmission, suspension, brakes and refrigeration. Perform all maintenance tasks that ensure a functional and operational transportation fleet in a highly supported team inspired environment with great educational growth and potential!

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform requirements in addition to performing all major preventive maintenance on major components, rebuilds, and read and interpret all shop material.
Perform all repairs and maintenance on refrigeration equipment as needed and or experience allows. (Training Available)
Repair major structural damage to trailer, internal repairs and engine repairs.
Perform welding functions as needed
Solve electrical problems, brake system issues, and compressor preventive maintenance (refrigeration system).
Strive to find more efficient ways to do the job and seek to reduce costs and improve labor productivity.
Make recommendations for modifications to procedures or processes impacting their work group or distribution center that will maximize efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs

Pay based on experience - Ranging 30.00 - 38.00 p/hr. Paid Weekly
