Responsible for all major repairs which include engine, transmission, suspension, brakes and refrigeration. Perform all maintenance tasks that ensure a functional and operational transportation fleet in a highly supported team inspired environment with great educational growth and potential!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform requirements in addition to performing all major preventive maintenance on major components, rebuilds, and read and interpret all shop material.
- Perform all repairs and maintenance on refrigeration equipment as needed and or experience allows. (Training Available)
- Repair major structural damage to trailer, internal repairs and engine repairs.
- Perform welding functions as needed
- Solve electrical problems, brake system issues, and compressor preventive maintenance (refrigeration system).
- Strive to find more efficient ways to do the job and seek to reduce costs and improve labor productivity.
- Make recommendations for modifications to procedures or processes impacting their work group or distribution center that will maximize efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs

Pay based on experience - Ranging 30.00 - 38.00 p/hr. Paid Weekly
