Apartment communities in Biddeford/Saco seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our team. Under direction will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. All maintenance staff participate in a rolling on-call calendar.
BROAD SCOPE OF DUTIES:
*repairs to appliances and fixtures
*patch holes in walls
*paint building interiors
*clean vacant units and interior spaces
*miscellaneous carpentry repairs
*change locks
*grounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal
