SUPERVISOR: Dining Room Manager
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Manages the flow of customers. Greets all customers at the door and welcomes them. Refers to reservations or finds a table for appropriate size party. Assist servers with busing, cleaning and resetting tables. Responsible for cleaning restaurant lobby and monitoring bathrooms. Thanks all guests for dining.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greets all guest and provides initial welcome to the restaurant.
• Seats parties at assigned tables or divides guests evenly among server sections.
• Assist with busing, cleaning, resetting tables.
• Helps stock glasses and silverware.
• Completes assigned side work.
• Completes additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintains all food safety and health code regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS: Great customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills.
