Position Overview:Tractor Attachments, Implement & Trailer Assembler / Forklift Operator
Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a Tractor Attachments, Implement and Trailer Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling tractor attachments and implements, loading and unloading customer orders, and assisting in the overall movement of materials. You will also operate a forklift and telehandler to safely load and unload freight. Cross-training opportunities will be provided across multiple segments of the operation, including docks, trailers, and tractor assembly, ensuring a dynamic work environment.
This position involves working outdoors in all weather conditions, so candidates must be comfortable working in varied environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble Tractor Attachments & Implements: Accurately assemble tractor attachments and implements to customer specifications.
- Load Customer Orders: Safely and efficiently load customer orders using a forklift and other equipment.
- Unload Freight: Unload incoming freight shipments, ensuring that all items are properly accounted for.
- Cross-Training Opportunities: Learn and assist in various areas of operations, including dock work, trailer, and tractor assembly.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift and telehandler to move heavy materials and equipment around the facility.
- Outdoor Work: Perform tasks outside, regardless of weather conditions, maintaining a high level of safety and efficiency.
- Maintain a Clean Work Environment: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in assembly, material handling, or forklift operation is preferred.
- Forklift Certification: Ability to operate a forklift safely and effectively. Certification is a plus but can be provided if needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs. or more) and work in varying weather conditions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assembly.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Reliability: Punctuality and strong work ethic are essential.

Compensation:
· $43K - $55K Based on Experience and Product knowledge. Let’s talk!
