We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards while supporting the kitchen staff. Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, and kitchenware efficiently.
- Ensure all items are sanitized and properly stored after cleaning.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and throughout the kitchen.
- Help with the organization of supplies and inventory management.
- Support cooks and other kitchen staff during busy service periods.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with culinary practices, including food preparation techniques, is a plus.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
- Experience in hospitality or banquet settings will be considered an advantage.
