We are currently looking for a full-time bookkeeping professional to join our team. We offer the flexibility to work a hybrid, remote, or in-office schedule, depending on employee preference.

Roles and Responsibilities:
We expect our Associates to be committed to superior client service above all else, with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. They showcase integrity, trustworthiness and a cooperative attitude.
- Will work directly with P&A staff, our clients and their advisors to complete relevant bookkeeping duties;
- Works as part of a team consisting of 4-5 staff members and reports directly to a Team Lead;
- Responsible for handling client’s accounts receivable and payable processing, bank reconciliations, general journal entries, month end account reconciliation, monthly sales tax filing and weekly payroll processing.
Experience:
- Prior accounting/bookkeeping and/or relevant education
- Ability to multi-task
- Customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Excel experience
