Project Foreman
Must have 3-5 years of commercial foreman experience working on both plumbing and HVAC related Foreman roles. Exhibits a high attention to detail, finished work shows a high level of craftsmanship. Show continual improvement in craft, brings issues to the attention of the project manager as required. Holds themselves to a high standard of excellence in their craft. Works to maintain the reputation of the company for high quality of work. Works together with the project team in order to identify, analyze and develop risk management strategies; works together with the project team to successfully develop the staff structure, resolves conflicts, encourages and supports skills development. Works together with the project team to successfully communicate project details, goals, schedule, status to staff, subcontractors, customers, client representatives, etc. Maintains a high level of intensity and focus on the job. Shows continuous improvement, performs tasks at or above the required rate while maintaining a high quality of workmanship. Works to ensure projects move quickly and efficiently through to completion.

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
