Like to read books? Like to talk about books? The Falmouth branch of Sherman's Maine Coast Book Shop has an opening for a full-time year-round bookseller position. Must be available to work weekends.
As a bookseller, you would be responsible for:
- Helping customers find and order books and merchandise
- Receiving and shelving books
- Cashiering
- Regularly restocking, organizing, and maintaining displays and bookshelves
- Cleaning
- Transferring products between various branches of Sherman's
The ideal applicant must be able to:
- Provide impeccable customer service
- Use computers comfortably
- Be on their feet all day
- Climb ladders
- Lift heavy boxes (30+ lbs)

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and reliable.
