Home Support Life Skill Coach - $1,500 Sign-on Bonus
PSL/STRIVE's Personal Home Support Services program is designed for people who have their own homes in the community and do not require 24-hour on-site support. However, their skills are such that they do need assistance in certain areas to maintain their success in the community and further increase their independence.
PSL/ STRIVE is currently looking for a motivated, energetic and compassionate individual to fill a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) position. We offer customizable schedules, between 9:00 am-5:00 pm Mondays through Fridays, and we will work with you to find hours that fit your needs. High School Diploma or equivalent required and we will train the successful applicant. $1,500 Sign-on Bonus + $250 bonus for successful candidate who is already DSP certified by the Maine Dept. of Health and Human Services!

Responsibilities and Requirements:
· High School Diploma/GED, Driver’s License, and clean driving record
· Supporting adults with intellectual disabilities to increase independence in their personal residence or family’s homes
· Completing all necessary documentation
· Building relationships with clients and providing emotional support when needed
