Job Responsibilities:
• Final cleaning of apartments during the unit turnover process
• Trash room maintenance and property-wide trash removal, including:
o Cleaning trash rooms and chutes
o Preparing containers for pick-up
o Removing trash from hallways and grounds
• Delivering notices to residents as requested by property management
• Performing light maintenance, including painting and patching
• Cleaning exterior stairs and drains, including leaf removal
• Assisting maintenance/property management with vendor access to units
• Daily property walks to pick up trash and replace burned-out light bulbs
• Alternating on-call shifts required. You must live within 30mins of Portland and have a valid driver’s license and own transportation for on-call. $150 premium paid for all week’s that you are on-call, additionally you are paid a time and a half rate for any emergency calls plus travel time.
Qualifications:
• Reliable and punctual with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Light maintenance/cleaning experience preferred
• Pre-employment background check EOE
