We're seeking a reliable General Shop Laborer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cutting steel for customers
- Helping customers with questions about steel and projects
- Assisting lead fabricator with shop tasks
- Maintaining clean, organized work area and steel rack
- Following all safety protocols and regulations
- Ensuring proper storage and handling of materials
- Ability to work on trailers and truck accessories like plows and sanders is a bonus
Requirements:
- General hands-on work experience
- Ability to lift heavy materials
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to follow instructions
- Reliable transportation to work
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Positive attitude
