Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Carpenter / Laborer of any skill level to join our construction team. This role involves performing a variety of carpentry and labor tasks on commercial and residential projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install building components using hand tools and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute projects accurately
- Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, siding, and roofing tasks
- Assist with concrete forming, masonry, plastering, and rebar installation
- Conduct restoration work including water damage remediation and mold cleanup
- Fabricate custom components using woodworking techniques
- Handle heavy lifting and assist in the movement of materials around construction sites
- Install fixtures, hardware, and other building elements according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and proper use of tools
