In this position you will meet with home owners and discuss projects, take pictures and detailed notes and work with Estimating department to have work priced. You will work with the marketing department to generate additional sales leads. Expectations and commission rates will be clearly defined and no hoops to jump through to get your commission, we want you to make money! You will spend a lot of time working independently but will need to be efficient and productive to succeed. Some nights and weekends will be required to meet with home owners.

Trade Skills & Experience Required:
• Construction Industry Experience: 3-5 years
• Ability to visually inspect a project and have a general idea of the best way to accomplish customer’s goals
• Be able to manage multiple customers and meeting schedules and hold yourself to deadlines
• Be able to work along side our marketing team to generate sales leads
• Good math skills
• Have a basic understanding of framing and carpentry and be willing to learn!

We specialize in decks, outdoor living spaces, home additions and new construction, as well as remodels and replacement doors/windows.
