In this position, you will play a key role in designing and improving packaging solutions that meet consumers’ needsfor our direct, retail, and wholesalechannels.In this role you will serve as a subject matter expert on cross-functional teams, influencing packaging and labeling strategies that balance performance, innovation, sustainability, compliance, andcost.
The Senior Packaging Specialistalsoleadspackaging processactivities,assessing existingprocesses,and implementing newones for organization or efficiency. This position emphasizes creative problem-solving, technical execution, and collaboration.You’llwork closely with internal partners and external suppliers to deliver packaging design and process solutions that help to elevate the L.L.Beanbrand.

Serve as a technical advisor to address packaging, labeling, and process issues, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient inMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word,PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator in particular)
