Window Attendant & Barista — Maggie’s Dine & Drive
Maggie’s Dine and Drive is a small, local business with a friendly, tight‑knit staff and a loyal base of regular customers. We’re looking to round out our team with someone who brings great energy, strong customer service intuition, and a reliable, hard‑working attitude. If you enjoy a fun, fast‑paced environment and love connecting with people, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
Take and manage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
Prepare hot and iced coffees, plus a variety of espresso drinks
Use our automatic espresso machine (easy to learn — training provided)
Keep the window area stocked, clean, and organized during downtime
Maintain smooth service flow during busy periods
Stay calm under pressure and keep orders organized when the line gets long
What We’re Looking For
Reliable and consistent work habits
Strong customer service skills and natural intuition with people
Hard‑working, positive attitude
Ability to work well under pressure
Some coffee experience preferred, but not required
Schedule
Two weekdays (likely Thursday and Friday)
Weekends required
Weekend hours and training can begin immediately
Weekday shifts begin in April
Typical hours: 6:30am–1:30pm (slight seasonal variations and demand)
Compensation
$17–$20 per hour, depending on experience + tips
