Small custom manufacturing shop looking for a dependable person to help build made-to-order products using slate stone.
This is hands-on work using tools and machinery — not factory line work. Every piece is custom and quality matters.
Duties include:
• Cutting, shaping, sanding, and finishing stone
• Using shop tools and equipment
• Measuring and assembling products
• Keeping work area clean and safe
• Helping teammates as needed
Good fit if you:
• Like working with your hands
• Pay attention to details
• Are comfortable with tools (or willing to learn)
• Can read a tape measure and do basic math
• Can work independently and as part of a small team
Carpentry, shop, or fabrication experience is a plus.
Requirements:
• 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing most of the day
• High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday (flexible hours available)
Pay: $17–$20/hr depending on experience
Location: On-site
