Dutchman's is hiring a part-time hot line cook for weekend breakfast service. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who takes pride in their craft and works well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Running the hot station with confidence and ownership
Managing the flattop through high-volume breakfast service
Executing dishes consistently, whether it's slammed or slow
Communicating clearly with coworkers throughout the shift
Maintaining a clean, organized station
Contributing to a positive, team-first kitchen culture
What We're Looking For:
Prior kitchen experience required; hot station experience strongly preferred
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Strong communication skills and composure under pressure
A team-first attitude and genuine passion for making great food
