Safeguard Properties prides itself as a Leader in the Mortgage Field Services Industry and is currently seeking self-motivated Independent Contractors and Business Owners to join our Field Inspections Vendor Network.
- Performing prompt and quality interior and exterior Property Inspections.
- Updating and processing orders via mobile applications and web platform.
- Effectively communicating with Safeguard Vendor Account Managers.
· Must have valid ID.
· Must have reliable transportation.
· Must provide own tools to complete jobs.
· Must provide own means to get jobs completed.
· Must be able to complete work orders in a timely manner.
Job Type: Independent Contractor. Earnings are established on a work order basis for a negotiated rate.
Safeguard Properties negotiate rates on independent contractors based on volume and location and expedited disbursement of payment.
