🌿 Now Hiring: Garden Supervisor (Seasonal, Part-Time)
Our growing garden design company is hiring a Supervisor for the season.
We work throughout southern Maine — from Parsonsfield to Portland — creating beautiful gardens entirely by hand.
Season: Mid-April to mid-November
Hours: 12–25 hours/week depending on workload
This is a great opportunity to supplement another income while working outdoors with a positive, fun and detail-oriented team.

Typical Work Includes:
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Weeding, pruning, fertilizing, mulching
- Garden bed prep (soil amendments, sod removal, debris cleanup)
- Plant installation (digging, compost, watering, mulching)
- Maintaining clean, organized job sites
No heavy machinery — all work is done by hand.
Requirements:
- 2+ years landscaping experience
- Pruning experience
- Able to recognize desirable plants from weeds
- Physically active; able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Detail-oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
You provide gloves, sunscreen, tools you like, and bug/tick repellent. We provide additional tools and gardening materials.
Pay:
Supervisor: $33-$35/hour, depending on experience (2+ years landscaping + team leadership required)
Seasonal bonuses for exceptional performance.
This is an independent contractor (1099) position and does not include benefits.
