Ray Labbe & Sons is seeking an experienced and motivated Paving Foreman to join our team for the upcoming season, starting in April. We are a family owned and operated sitework and paving construction company that has been providing the greater Mid-Coast area of Maine with quality services and products since 1955. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid vacations, paid holidays, 401(k) retirement plan, short term disability, Health Savings Account (HSA), health/vision/dental & life insurance. As well as a yearly boot allowance.

We are a progressive company dedicated to providing opportunities and security for our employees. We focus on working in the greater Mid-Coast Maine area which allows all of our employees to return home in the evenings. Traveling which requires overnight stays is not anticipated. Working weekends and nights would be on a very limited basis. Wages commensurate with experience. Company will provide personal work truck for qualified candidate which can also be used to commute to and from work. Wages commensurate with experience.

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of equipment operation & supervisory experience, however we would be willing to train the right candidate that doesn't quite meet our criteria. Must be willing to perform activities on the paving crew like paver operations, shoveling, raking, and routine maintenance of paving equipment. Must be a dependable and motivated individual who works well with others and the general public. You also must have a willingness to represent the company in a safe and professional manner. Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
