At Oxford County Registry of Deeds, we take pride in safeguarding the history and property records of our community while working with our office team to provide high level customer service. We are looking for an energetic, critical-thinking, detail-oriented team member to serve alongside our Register of Deeds as their Deputy.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist residents, attorneys, and other professionals with public record inquiries.
- Handle sensitive documents with critical thought process, accuracy, and consistency.
- Be part of a team that keeps our land records up-to-date and accessible.
- Assist in supervision of office function in the absence of the Register and actively participate in team building.
