Work closely with the Mushroom Operation Manager on daily tasks in the mushroom growing facility, kitchen and harvesting room. Tasks including, but not limited to: harvesting, making substrate bags, cleaning, packing orders and jerky processing.
Must be able to regularly lift up to 60lbs, maneuver up and down stairs and on uneven pavement while carrying large orders, remain organized and on task, and follow individual customers’ delivery instructions.
Main Duties
Harvest mushrooms per product quality requirements.
Ensure that the products presented are of the highest possible standard.
Follow process to dehydrate and produce mushroom jerky.
Adhere to health, safety and hygiene standards in accordance with Timberwoods Farm and state regulations.
Assist with packaging orders before delivery as needed.
Experience and Qualifications
Clean driving record and background check.
