We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces such as countertops, tables, and equipment.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina; must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
- Must be reliable and have a reliable vehicle.
- Must be open to feedback, especially (but not limited to) the training stage.
