Delivery Driver/Sea Kayak Guide Trainee
Midcoast Kayak is looking for a delivery driver/sea kayak guide trainee. Responsibilities include delivering kayaks and canoes with the use of our company van and trailer, working in our shop in Damariscotta, and helping as an apprentice on tours. We will train the right candidate to drive a trailer and offer weekly training as a sea kayak guide. This customer service position takes place in our shop in Damariscotta and includes interfacing with clients, guides, and delivery staff in order to provide excellent on water experiences for our clients. Other responsibilities include taking reservations, launching kayak trips on the Damariscotta River and Muscongus Bay, loading boats to go on vehicles, and working on a team that strives to create excellent on water activities for a wide range of clients. This is a seasonal job from the beginning of June through Labor Day Weekend (early September).
