We are currently hiring for an Entry-Level Production Worker. This is a hands‑on manufacturing positions in a small, skilled team where quality and craftsmanship matter.
Entry‑Level Production Worker – Key Responsibilities (Will Train)
- Assist in processing red spruce and hardwood logs into instrument‑grade tonewood.
- Support sawmill operations, including basic equipment operation, material handling, and workflow.
- Perform visual quality checks and learn proper cutting and handling techniques.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to support daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Work performed in an Active Mill Environment
- Requires standing, lifting, and working around industrial equipment
- Attention to detail is critical – material quality directly impacts final instruments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
- Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements
- Support daily production goals and team workflow
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
