RSU16 is looking for a Director of Curriculum, Assessment, Instruction/ESSA Coordinator to provide leadership, expertise, and assistance in the day-to-day aspects of educational programming and assessment, and oversee all curriculum development in the school district. Supports administrators and teachers in generating, analyzing, and interpreting data at the program, school, classroom, and/or student level to inform instruction or evaluate programs. The Director develops and maintains data reporting systems to sustain a culture of continuous improvement and is also responsible for coordinating and submitting all state and federal reports as required.
