Job Overview:
Brush Bros is seeking a reliable, experienced painter to join our team for upcoming interior and exterior projects. This position is temporary to start, with the opportunity to transition into a long-term role for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can operate independently, and consistently delivers high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform interior and exterior painting projects, including prep work, priming, and finishing
Properly prepare surfaces (sanding, scraping, caulking, patching, etc.)
Maintain clean and organized work areas on job sites
Work independently to complete tasks efficiently and to company standards
Communicate effectively regarding project progress and any issues that arise
Follow safety guidelines and best practices at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience in residential painting (interior and exterior)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality (there is potential for provided transportation based on location)
Dependable and professional—reliability is our top priority
Ability to handle physical demands of the job (lifting, climbing ladders, standing for extended periods)
