Boulos Asset Management, Maine’s largest commercial real estate management company, is seeking a dedicated, self- motivated individual to join our property management team. The Assistant Property Manager provides professional, administrative services to an assigned portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities:
Duties and skills include, but are not limited to the following:
- Code invoices and ensure proper billing for assigned properties per lease agreements.
- Monitor all projects, deadlines, and construction costs to ensure cost efficiency for clients and tenants.
- Assist with annual capital expense budgeting for clients.
- Correspond with clients, tenants, and vendors regularly to ensure satisfaction.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for vendors and Maintenance Technicians.
- Complete annual CAM Reconciliations for an assigned group of properties.
- Reliable follow-up and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional writing skills for monthly management reports to clients.
- Draft vendor service contracts and requests for proposals for vendors.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
· Prior property management experience is required, commercial experience preferred.
· Knowledge of basic accounting and AP.
· Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and can prioritize tasks and problem solve.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Capability to learn new systems and programs.
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
