Your Qualificions
- Licensure: Current and unencumbered license as an RN
- Experience: 1+ year(s) of Certified Home Health experience as an RN
- Skills: Wound care, wound vac
- Availability: Must have reliable transportion, current driver's license, and car insurance coverage.
- Certificions: Current CPR certificion; additional certificions in home health or geriric care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide independent, exceptional care to pients in their homes including comprehensive assessments and creing individualized care plans.
- Document care in a timely and thorough manner using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
