A dual-concept all day café and listening lounge bar opening in the India Street District of Portland seeks an experienced Operations Manager with 10+ years of hospitality experience with at least 2 years management experience.
The right candidate will have a passion for customer engagement in addition to experience in the trenches of both the FOH and BOH. This concept will have breakfast, midday and nightlife/bar services- 7 days a week.
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to build and run the day-to-day operation from the ground up. This is not a role for someone who manages existing systems, this is a role for someone who builds them. You will work directly with the founder to establish everything that makes a hospitality business run: beverage program, food program, vendor relationships, staffing, training, scheduling, and the systems that hold it all together. You will be the operational heartbeat of this operation.

Maine Liquor License compliance knowledge preferred but not required
