Vesta is a bustling neighborhood restaurant serving Italian and Eastern Mediterranean comfort food. We host a mixture of reservations and walk-ins, creating a fast-paced and robust service. We also have a separate private event space. Our servers are known for providing fast and friendly service and have become familiar with many regulars in our community. Server candidates must:
1) Have at least three years experience as a server or bartender
2) Be open to working weekends and holidays (Saturdays and Sundays are a must)
3) Be willing to pick up shifts, including private events in our event barn
