Compension Overview- We offer a competitive salary during training. Post training, reps will earn commissions + subsidy until they scale their territory to 100% commission.

- 80% Local Travel Required: This role requires the ability to drive to and from customer locions across the assigned sales territory. Minimal overnight stays may be required.

Your role extends beyond maintaining existing customers; it involves tapping into new customers and forging strong business relionships. Responsibilities: - Grow sales and profit margins through execution on sales stregy and territory management, planning a sales approach customized with individual customers.
- Prospecting and onboarding of new customer accounts, including cold-calling to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Educe the customer on convenience and foodservice programs, new product promotions, marketing policies, service, delivery specifics, and industry activities.
- Review daily/weekly/monthly reports with the store manager and assist with any opportunities th may arise.
- Minimizes accounts receivable problems by monitoring accounts for compliance with credit terms and follows-up on any problems.
- Maintains awareness of pricing trends within sales territory, particularly for products, to ensure competitive pricing.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels th will lead to an increase in sales.
- Participe in relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
The ideal candide should possess the following:- Proven success with closing sales for a variety of product lines with B2B.
- Proven and successful sales ledger travel & effective time management experience.
- General knowledge of food safety standards including basic HACCP practice and cold-chain integrity, transporting of perishable foods, and maintain Serv-Safe certificion.
- Detail minded and organized, with an ability to work independently with little direction.
- Strong communicion and presention skill set with a demonstred ability to conduct professional, results driven customer presentions.
- Intermedie abilities with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI.
- Energetic and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Sales professional with experience and track record of growing market share.
