About the Role
TripleBolt is looking for a Director of Delivery to own the end-to-end execution of all client engagements. You will be the operational backbone of our delivery organization — ensuring every project ships on time, within budget, and to the standard our clients expect. This is a senior leadership role that sits at the intersection of people management, client relationships, and delivery excellence.
What You'll Own
Delivery Excellence
• Own delivery outcomes across all active client projects — timeline, budget, and quality.
• Define and enforce delivery standards, project governance frameworks, and escalation paths.
• Proactively identify project risks and drive mitigation before they become client issues.
• Lead post-mortems and translate lessons learned into process improvements.
People Leadership
• Directly manage all Client Principals and Project Managers.
• Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct formal reviews.
• Build a high-performing, accountable delivery team culture.
• Partner with leadership on hiring, onboarding, and team capacity planning.
Client Success
• Serve as an executive escalation point for client delivery concerns.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Client Principals to ensure scope, change management, and expectations are delivered on.
Operations & Reporting
• Report directly to the CEO and COO on delivery health, risks, and resource utilization.
• Maintain portfolio-level visibility across all engagements and surface insights to leadership.
• Contribute to resourcing, scoping, and SOW processes for new engagements.
What We're Looking For
Required
• 7+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or technology delivery.
• Proven track record managing and growing delivery teams.
• Strong project management fundamentals — budget control, scope management, risk mitigation.
• Client-facing presence with comfort operating at the executive level.
• Technical fluency — ability to understand and communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
