Assist customers by answering questions reled to accounts, procedures, and services by telephone or email.

Provideexcellent customer service to both customers and UniFirst personnel.

Perform accounts receivable duties:calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through UniFirst’s escalion process.

Partner and provide administrive support to UniFirst’s Sales Department.

Perform basic da entry and other administrive duties.
Qualificions2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrive setting is preferred.
Prior Accounts Receivable experience is highly encouraged.
High School diploma or GED equivalent is recommended.
Verbal & written communicion skills: professional telephone and email etiquette.
Essential skills: active listener, responsive, and personable.
Computer skills: proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc)
Time management and organizional skills with tention to detail.
A collaborive, team-player capable of working independently.
Problem solver in a dynamic environment.
Comfortable performing basic mhemical skills (i.e. adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, etc.)
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally carry parcels or packages, walk short distances, and sit for extended periods.
