Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Laborer to join our growing team. This position involves assisting with a variety of construction, demolition, environmental, and specialty service projects. No prior asbestos experience is required—we provide training and opportunities for advancement into asbestos abatement and other specialized services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist crews with demolition, cleanup, and general labor tasks
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
- Set up and maintain safe, organized job sites
- Follow company safety procedures and project requirements
- Operate hand and power tools
- Assist with asbestos abatement and environmental projects after training
- Complete required documentation and job-related tasks as needed
- Work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs
- Ability to work safely and follow instructions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Construction, demolition, restoration, or environmental experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license preferred

Schedule:
- Full-time
- Typical start time: 6:00 AM
- Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime as needed

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
